**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of public areas within our facility. **Duties:** - Perform buffing, floor care, and other maintenance tasks to ensure public areas are well-maintained - Clean and sanitize public spaces including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Follow safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals - Assist with special cleaning projects as needed **Experience:** - Prior experience in facilities maintenance, industrial cleaning, or custodial services preferred - Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience with porter duties such as maintaining cleanliness in high-traffic areas This position offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company.
