Avid Hotel Revere - Logan Airport is currently seeking an experienced General Manager.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our Team at our Avid hotel located in Revere, by Logan Airport.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel.
Working directly with the Ownership Team to manage all activities associated with the overall Operation of our hotel.
Resolving guest related issues in accordance with the company goals.
Direct and manage the hotel operation to achieve maximum profitability, ensure guest satisfaction, protect the financial assets of the business and maintain the building.
Responsibilities include directing and managing property operations to insure optimum performance and continual improvement.
Responsibilities also include, ensuring that quality standards are met in all areas of the hotel as it relates to the appearance, levels of maintenance and cleanliness; establishes and maintains preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the hotel.

This position is also responsible for other duties as assigned, or as needed.
Job Requirements
- 3 years' experience as a Hotel Manager required
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or related field highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects Brand and company standards.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Ability to travel to attend meetings, workshops, conferences, etc.
- May be required to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.
