Assist GM with daily sales operations
Help manage front desk activities and customer interactions
Provide supervision to sales and front desk staff
Develop and implement sales strategies
Respond to group, account, and meeting space inquiries
Complete sales calls and host site tours to introduce hotels to new potential clients
Research market and target companies to pursue
Work with the revenue manager to identify opportunities for success
Make your presence known in your markets by attending local events, meetings, etc.
Ensure exceptional customer service
Monitor and achieve sales targets
Handle customer inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with other departments for effective operations
Maintain accurate records and reports
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a hospitality sales role required
Experience as a hotel manager or assistant hotel manager required
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Reliable transportation and flexibility with working hours
Proximity to Fort Payne, Alabama
