Description

Accomplish the full range of aircrew academic and simulator instruction in the AC-130J, HC-130J, and MC-130J aircraft and mission sets.

• Apply varied instructional and learning theories and practices to mentor and instruct technically exact material, demanding processes, and strict adherence to instructions and regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert in the assessment of existing lessons and development of curriculum for new lessons as required.
• Maintain an expert level of knowledge in order to instruct basic qualification, refresher, and instructor upgrade courses. Qualifications and Education.
• Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures
• Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation science, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the aviation field.
• Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance and must be a US citizen.
• Maintain AF requirements to pilot training aircraft on a recurring and regular basis in support of the mission.

• Twelve (12) years of experience in the aviation maintenance training industry in positions of increasing responsibility for the AC/HC/MC-130J.
• Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance and must be a US citizen.
• Maintain AF requirements to pilot training aircraft on a recurring and regular basis in support of the mission.
