CALLING ALL ENTRY LEVEL PROFESSIONALS! We are hiring immediately for retail-based sales and marketing roles! The Junior Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for presenting and demonstrating products and services to provide true and accurate information and customer support.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Set up event locations with welcoming product information and marketing materials to promote interest and drive revenue.
• Prospect and qualify customers on behalf of our company and brand partners.
• Observe the company's operations and learn standards in order to maintain that high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Respond to all inquiries, maintain records, build rapport, recommend ways to improve product and service offerings, and increase sales productivity.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Entry level applicants without experience but willingness to learn will be considered.
• Strong selling skill set and ability to influence through fact-based data selling.
• Reliable transportation is a must. Position requires substantial local travel.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently and multitask across a number of stores.
• Ability to effectively communicate successes, challenges and opportunities, through all levels of management.
• Willingness to understand and engage with consumers.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for our brands and their purpose.
