Responsibilities of a Management Trainee: 

• Assist sales teams with implementing action plans to improve operating results
• Meet with potential consumers to drive revenue
• Understand the core values of the organization to create a sense of teamwork
• Track customer preferences and feedback to improve customer satisfaction
• Keep up to date on current products and promotions to provide accurate information
