• This position is responsible for generating the electrical drawing packages that the harness shop and avionics techs use to wire and troubleshoot avionics.
• The integrator needs to have experience creating schematics and systems integrations drawings in Auto Cad. ****
• Works with customers, under direction from program technical leadership, to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements and create electrical integration drawings
• Analyzes and translates requirements into system, hardware, and software designs and interface specifications.
• Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
• Solves problems concerning, and provides other support of, fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.
• Researches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.

Must have the ability to read drawings and fabricate wiring harness, install and ring out systems after installation and perform operational checks, functional checks and flight line troubleshooting. Responsible for performing and supervising Pitot Static and transponder certification, as well as functional checks on various Nav/Comm/GPS systems, Traffic systems, tactical radios etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• 8 years helicopter installation experience
• 4 recent years Garmin install and check out experience
• Must have AirBus and Bell Helicopters experience
• Experience preparing and coordinating technical documentation (engineering drawings, specifications, statements of work)
• Experience in developing technical requirements for a development program
• Experience interpreting various Engineering test data for Avionic and Electrical components
• Currently possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical, electronic engineering OR possess trade certificate and meet all experience requirements
• Experience in Aerospace engineering or Electrical engineering

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

• Minimum 2 yrs of Civilian experience particularly with Garmin and law enforcement equipme
