Job Description

• Manage guest experience, marketing campaigns, and promotions to boost sales and brand recognition
• Assist in strategic marketing plans and execute social media events
• Ensure brand standards and proper asset management
• Collaborate with account teams to merchandise dining locations
• Track progress and satisfaction, analyze feedback and trends
• Implement surveys, analyze results, and track campaign success
• .Monitor industry trends and research market preferences
• Promote engagement via traditional and digital channels
• Develop engagement assets and maintain a strong digital presence
• Meet with account managers for feedback and strategy brainstorming
• Collaborate with Field Marketing Managers for aligned tactics
• Incorporate company values into all projects and follow policies
• Participate actively in team activities and meetings

• Be customer driven with strong leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Proficient in Social Media
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software; Word, PowerPoint and Excel and other related software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot direction efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in food service operation and execution preferred
• Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines and work extra hours if needed on assignments
• Executes professional standards at all times: attire, communication and behavior
