The Director of Sales is responsible for:
* Be the community relations leader by managing all aspects of the sales program with the highest level of customer service including building prospect base, responding to prospect inquiries, generating tours, performing purposeful follow-up and securing deposits for move-ins.
* You will also be responsible for development and implementation of innovating sales/marketing plans for the community.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

If you are someone with:
* Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the senior living industry.
* Pass a criminal background check.
* Pass a drug screening upon hire and routinely.
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 plus bonus program
