avestacorp is Hiring a Director of Sales and Marketing Near Dearborn, MI
Must have experience running a successful team of marketers
Must have independent living experience
Rate: $85k yearly Comission
Some duties to include;
Develop new business opportunities to meet established trends, help
develop and implement strategic sales plans. Facilitate client and referral
sources requirement meetings. Report weekly sales forecasts, develop market
analysis to identify client needs, price schedules, and overall senior
living marketing sales trends. Stay current with competition, deliver sales
presentations/ proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing
ratio. Assist in developing and managing client and homecare agency
relationships, evaluate accounts, manage projects to make sure that they
get completed in a timely manner. Responsible for assisting with sales
campaigns, maintaining active participation and membership in networking
organizations. Works closely with the Regional Director in the development
and execution of the weekly outreach plan and outside community
involvement. Ensures community meets and exceeds quotas.
