Avery Partners is Hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Near Atlanta, GA
We are seeking a Certified Medical Asisstant with 2 years of expereince for a small office with 2 locations in the north Atlanta area. ENT is a plus, but not a must! Must have 2 years exp. in a private practice medical office.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm
Pay: $20-$22/hr. based on skillset and experience
Benefits: 401K after 1 year. Offer Medical, Dental and vision (they pay $250 /month for each employee) they also offer life insurance.
Every other Tuesday morning, they will go to the newly opened Cumming office. Then in the afternoon, they will go back to the Atlanta/Northside office.
This is a small office, so they DO NOT micromanage. Looking for a team player and needs to be organized. They need to have good written and Verbal skills.
Must Haves:
1. Injections- they will do a lot of allergy injections
2. EMR exp. - They use Modernizing Medicine-specific for ENT. But they just need to have EMR skills.
2. Call in Prescriptions, phone triage
3.PreCerts on medications and procedures- willing to train
4.Assist with procedures
5. Take patient assessments
6. Handle charts
**They will train on how to work a CT machine.
