Position Overview:

Are you skilled in sales and passionate about traveling across the country? We're seeking a motivated Traveling Sales Expert to join our team. This role involves traveling to different regions, building relationships with clients, and providing tailored solutions. Experience is not necessary; instead, we value coachability, a strong work ethic, and prompt communication.

Training:

We provide training from the number one sales rep in the country country. He literally sold over 1000 acounts five years in a row and you will be working with him side-by-side learning the ins and outs from him.

Our sales program:

We provide both seasonal and year-round positions based on your current enrollment status in college. Many of our college students join us for the summer and participate in preseason training before returning the following summer. Our year-round sales experts travel to various markets throughout the year, working 20 days on and 10 days off.

Responsibilities:

• Journey to different sites to engage potential clients and evaluate their pest control requirements.
• Inform clients about our range of pest control services, products, and solutions.
• Cultivate and sustain client relationships to guarantee contentment and allegiance.
• Coordinate with the operations team to deploy efficient pest management tactics.
• Achieve and surpass sales goals and milestones.
• Remain informed about industry trends, regulations, and optimal methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to changing environments.
• Must be coachable, open to feedback, and willing to work hard to improve skills.
• Ability to communicate promptly and effectively, ensuring seamless collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.

Income Potential:

Depending on experience, our team members can expect to earn between $60,000 and $500,000 annually.
