Job Summary

Performs diverse and complex secretarial duties, scheduling of daily activities, retention and organization of documentation and data and follow-up functions for management staff. Under general supervision, providing support for the Medical Support Services Department in the following areas: Office management; Coordinates administrative support of Medical Support Services Department and efficiency with reception/secretarial funtions; Data management; Record retention and assurance of confidentiality.

Education and/or Experience

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two years of advance medical experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

• $19.25 - $24.00 per hour
