Job Summary

Assesses, plans, coordinates and evaluates patient care in the skilled nursing facility while working with a team of care providers to ensure quality care, while providing a safe and dignified environment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration and Experience

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required.
• Previous experience in Long Term Care is helpful.

Work Schedule

• Hours:
  • Primarily 12 hours shifts - 7:00am-7:30pm or 7:00pm-7:30am
  • Varied Shifts; Every 3rd weekend
  • Assesses, plans, coordinates and evaluates resident care in the beautiful nursing facility at Avera Prince of Peace. Working with a team of care providers to ensure quality care, while providing a safe, dignified and loving home environment.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $31.00 - $46.50 per hour
