Avera is seeking a Patient Financial Services - Training and Quality Lead!

Job Summary

  • Under the direction and guidance of the Manager of Patient Account Services, the Training and Quality Lead delivers all training and onboarding programs for new and current Patient Financial Services staff, develops documentation and training materials, and defines and evaluates competencies to support and improve Patient Financial Services staff performance.
  • The Training and Quality Lead acts as a support resource for staff at all levels and functions as a subject matter expert in all aspects of Patient Financial Services department positions, providing high-quality customer service in accordance with established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Preferred two to five years of experience in training field.
  • Understanding of patient demographics, insurance plans and medical terminology.

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $23.75 - $30.25 per hour
