Position Highlights:

* Student Loan Repayment: This position is eligible for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

* Sign-On Bonus: May be eligible for a $20,000 sign-on with 3 plus years of experience. New Grads may be eligible for $15,000 Sign-On.

Job Summary

* Responsible for utilizing the Nursing Process to provide nursing care for the patient throughout their life span.

* Demonstrates effective verbal, oral, and written communication skills

* Demonstrates ability to perform a thorough systems assessments.

* Directs, plans, and coordinates work flow.

Education and/or Experience

* Graduate of Registered Nursing Education program.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

* Must have current RN licensure in the state of South Dakota and or meeting criteria.

* Current CPR, ACLS, PALS, and PALS certification or completion upon next available program.

Work Schedule

* Hours:

* Three, 12 hour shifts. 7:00am-7:00pm, 7:00pm-7:00am

* Every 3rd weekend/holiday rotation required

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

* $31.00 - $46.50 per hour
