What you will be doing
- Greeting and conversing with guests in a professional manner
- Responsible for driving vehicle from hotel to appropriate destination according to assigned schedule
- Carries guest luggage to and from vehicle
- Obeys California State and city traffic laws
- Keeps company vehicle in a clean and respectable condition
- Listening and responding to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
- Maintaining an up to date working knowledge of all property amenities as well as any special event
- Delivers amenities and other items to guest rooms
- Assists guests with any other reasonable request
- Must obtain Class B (Commercial Driver's License) within 3 months of employment
The ideal candidate for this position
- Have at least 1 year of Bell experience
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid Class C driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner
- Exceptional communication skills
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and directly with guests using a positive, clear speaking voice
- Must have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must obtain a Commercial Driver's License (Class B) within 3 months of being hired
