Medical office specializing in general OB/GYN is looking for a motivated front desk assistant. We are looking for a Russian speaking assistant. Office is very friendly and consists of a doctor and physician assistant. The applicant must have front desk experience in a medical setting. Training provided. Daily tasks include:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
• Greet patients politely and with a big smile
• Schedule appointments
• Insurance verification
• Billing claims follow ups
• Process record requests and authorizations
• Support office with administrative and secretarial tasks
• Communicate with internal office team and providers to ensure patients are helped and everyday tasks are accomplished
• Understand and maintain HIPAA regulations

This position is 38 hours per week. Hours are Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
