Aventura Health Group is Hiring a Housekeeping / Laundry Aide/ Floor Tech--New Starting Rate Near Olyphant, PA

Immediately Hiring Housekeeping / Laundry Aide for 1st & 2nd Shifts (Flexible)

Starting Rate: $15.00

Duties for Housekeeping / Laundry Aides :

Ensure all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times
Dust mopping and damp mopping floors
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms including sinks and commodes
Responsible for collecting, sorting, washing, drying, folding, stacking, and distributing linens and personal laundry
Daily cleaning and sanitizing of resident rooms, lobbies, sitting, office, dining areas, and all furniture
Collecting trash from the units and for the proper disposal of the trash in an outside container

Qualifications for Housekeeping / Laundry Aides:

Ability to understand and follow procedures, work assignments, instructions, warnings, and labels
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Adequate strength and endurance to meet the strenuous physical demands of such responsibilities as loading and unloading washers and dryers; coordination necessary to fold clothing items and linen
Color vision to ascertain stains and separate colored garments from white
