The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in supervising the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in accordance

with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our Center, and as may be directed by the Director of

Maintenance, to assure that our Center is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.

• Assume the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability of

supervising maintenance tasks.

• Supervise the day-to-day maintenance functions of assigned personnel.

• Assist the director in scheduling work assignments, preparing work schedules,

etc.

• Train assigned personnel in the proper techniques of maintenance service and use

of equipment, etc.

• Ensure that personnel are performing assigned tasks in accordance with

established maintenance procedures, i.e. when servicing equipment, painting, rework or repairing of Center's equipment.
