Our restaurant is open from Monday to Thursday, 4 pm to 9 pm, Friday and Saturday from 12 pm to 10 pm, and Sunday from 11:30 am to 8:30 pm. You can expect to work a minimum of 50 hours per week within these operating hours.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Branch Manager, you play a pivotal role in upholding the company's mission and values while ensuring excellent customer service delivery. Your responsibilities include achieving team income targets, effectively managing renewals for retention goals, and maximizing new business opportunities through leadership. Serving as a mentor to Team Leaders, you oversee administrative tasks, monitor daily stats, and drive staff performance, providing training and coaching for continual development. With a focus on regulatory compliance, you lead by example in sales and processes, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.

Your proactive and innovative approach enhances branch performance, and you build strong relationships with insurers and customers. Responsible for overall branch management, you make strategic decisions to maximize productivity and efficiency. It's an incredibly busy and rewarding role!

Here's what you need:

• Experience in roles requiring growth and retention of a customer base
• Experience creating a highly motivated and focused team
• Experience in financial services
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, great attention to detail, and exceptional business acumen
• An understanding of all things financial including pricing, expense management, risk analysis, property valuation, cash flow analysis, etc.
• Ability to manage change, make effective decisions, and establish/complete goals
