This position requires an individual who is comfortable working at a varying pace, addressing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, adjusting priorities often, and managing frequent interruptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Client communication & follow-up.
• Policy changes to auto / home / jewelry / kid’s licensing / claims / etc.
• Managing endorsements.
• Log new policies written by producers in the system. Help support producers sales lifecycle.

Requirements

• Excellent written and communication skills.
• People focused.
• Licensed in Property & Casualty in CT. Some existing P & C knowledge.
• Desire to help problem solve.
• Able to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Detail oriented.
• Attention to follow-through.
• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus but not required.
