We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk with a minimum of 2 years of experience in utilizing Rent Manager software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing data related to residential properties, particularly in monitoring, recording, and processing payments for utilities across multiple residential properties.
Responsibilities:
Rent Manager Expertise: Utilize advanced knowledge of Rent Manager software to efficiently and accurately input, update, and maintain data related to residential properties.
Utilities Management: Monitor, record, and process utility payments for multiple residential properties. This includes keeping track of utility bills, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered into the Rent Manager system. Identify and correct discrepancies or errors promptly.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions, including utility bills, payments, and any relevant documentation.
Communication: Collaborate with property management teams to gather necessary information and ensure seamless communication regarding utility payments and data management.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as any relevant regulations pertaining to data entry and utility payments.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to data entry, utility payments, or Rent Manager software.
