Requirements

Fulfillment Specialist
We are seeking a fulfillment Specialist who can join and support purchases in our organization. In this dynamic role, you will be the point person in all Purchase Order processes throughout the company. This role will be responsible for fulfilling our flagship kits in-house and supporting the warehouse operation. The ideal candidate will be a versatile individual with a "roll up the sleeves" mentality and excellent customer service skills and can forge ahead independently with minimal direct supervision. A big plus would be someone who has an attention-to-detail mentality. In this role, you will report to our warehouse supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Fulfillment Function of building our commercial, test, and research kits
• Maintain and manage the Finished kit inventory
• Manage Raw materials to build the kits
• Shipping/Receiving properly using our Netsuite ERP system
• Support warehouse operation team to receive and unload incoming materials and verify the accuracy of the shipment with the purchase order, packing list/bills of lading as well as inspecting for damaged goods
• Delivery of items to requisitioner promptly and on time
• Prepare items for outgoing shipment of the internal warehouse system
• Work with co-workers to resolve any shipment discrepancies and returns.
• Support in preparing and maintaining logs, monthly reports, inventory reports, and any projects as needed
• Support Warehouse manager in ad-hoc warehouse operation and supply chain projects

Qualifications:

• High school degree/GED or equivalent and four years of professional experience, or
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from top universities
• 2 years of relevant warehouse or supply chain management experience, preferably in biotech or pharma
• Customer Obsession and friendly personality
• Positive builder mindset, can-do attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels in the company
• Strong technical skills and adept at problem-solving, diagnosis, and troubleshooting
• Self-starter with the capability to complete tasks & projects with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-Savvy- Preferably have experience in ERP data reporting and KPI generation
• Record and inventory keeping
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs.
• Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass a pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to work in all types of environments and under challenging conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors
• Be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds with no assistance.
• Must be able to commute daily to Menlo Park and work on-site, 40-work hours a week
