The Position: We’re looking for a Dream Studio Advisor!

Responsibilities : The team member in this position must exhibit certain characteristics and perform specific duties during their daily or weekly routine. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Uphold the Nurtur Core Values and Behaviors and Aveda Success Factors
• Abide by all other Nurtur policies and procedures as outlined in the Team Member Handbook and Code of Conduct
• Conduct on-campus tours, including group tours
• Communicate with the Fast Forward Admissions Team and assist with career-planning sessions as-needed
• Assist with placement of students
• Host on-campus career fairs, including communication with salons, invites, and setup
• Other duties as assigned 

Minimum Requirements: The team member in this position must exhibit certain educational and experiential requirements, including:

• High School Diploma and certificate from school of Cosmetology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; articulate in English and polished phone etiquette
• Strong working knowledge of G-Suites, Google Classroom, Microsoft Word, and Excel required
• Self-directed and resourceful with the ability to handle multiple tasks with exhibited follow-through
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Demonstrated ability to work under strict deadlines
• Must be interested in the growth and conduct of a socially responsible business
• Strong commitment to support Company mission and values
• Ability to make and implement decisions
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality 
• Eagerness to learn and grow in position
