Aveanna Healthcare is Hiring a Regional VP, Operations (EOR) Near Seal Beach, CA

Position Overview
The Regional Vice President of Operations is responsible for the execution of Region’s strategic plan for the operations of its assigned
Aveanna locations. Manage assigned Region’s day-to-day operating activities to include driving the growth of the business, leading AVPs within region, driving support staff recruiting and retention, compliance and regulatory oversight, and delivery of service and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for managing budgeted expenses and cash collections to deliver appropriate financial results. The RVP also manages their own area in addition to leading the region as a whole. Reports to and supports the President of Operations in carrying out Aveanna’s Mission and Five C’s Business Plan within the established Area of responsibility.
Essential Job Functions
• Responsible for creating, developing and maintaining effective and efficient operational processes and systems that are aligned with Company’s business objectives.
• Create an environment focused on continuous improvement.
• Partner with the President of Operations to manage the operations to include all compliance, financial, growth, risk & innovation initiatives.
• Contribute to creating a multi-year service and solution strategy.
• Present ongoing assessment of market trends and competitive landscape in support of the strategy; and provides oversight of service delivery execution.
• Assist with developing, attracting and retaining a high-performing workforce.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Responsible and accountable for the financial management of the region, including cash collections and accounts receivable management.
•Lead AVPs and Location Directors to ensure continued branch growth by expanding new and existing client base.
• Provide the most appropriate customer care by ensuring client satisfaction goals and standards of service are met.
• Promotes teamwork to accomplish common objectives with measurable results; provides direction and constructive feedback.
• Assist with development and execution of location budgets and annual business plan.
• Ensures that all programs, policies, procedures and practices are in alignment with all local, state and federal guidelines.
Requirements
• 5 years of experience within Support Services or related industry
• 5 years of multi-site management
• Experience in supporting, contracting, managing relationships with Regional Center or other payers.
• Region-specific experience.
• Experience in creating, implementing and directing budgetary and financial goals
• History of successfully growing Fee for Service, PMPM and / or Value Based homecare business (HCBS) / LTSS business.
• Experience in managing multiple business/service lines
• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or MHA preferred
• Developing, attracting, and retaining a high-performing workforce
• Travel within territory 50% or more
• Partner with the President of Operations, Director of Finance, AVP or RVP of Business Development to manage the operations to include all financial, growth, risk & compliance initiatives.
• Identify, implement and assess process improvement opportunities and standardize best practices.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit and climb stairs
• Must have visual and hearing acuity
