Requirements:

• Participate in monitoring, managing and coordinating the delivery of healthcare and providing progress information to supervisor.
• Document and reassess any significant changes in the patient's condition in compliance with facilitys policy.
• Ensure provision of safety and comfort of all patients.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
• Effectively and respectfully work with persons from diverse backgrounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
