We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated nurses (LPNs & RNs) in Pittsburgh's North Shore area to join our team for an exciting opportunity! This contract position offers a wonderful opportunity for nurses who are interested in working with seniors in a community-based environment, providing basic daily nursing care as needed.
General Information:
Shifts:
Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm
- There is some flexibility with days and times, please inquire.
Job Duties:
LPNs
- Daily medication reconciliation with Pharmacy
- Daily medication preparation
- Medication Administration Center/Community
- Wound care Center / Community
- Lab draws if they are proficient
- COVID testing Center / Community as needed
- Other duties within their scope of practice
RNs
- Monthly PPT assessments Center / Community
- Episodic Assessments Center / Community
- Order review and noting
- Weekly Wound Assessment Center / Community
- Wound care Center / Community
- Medication Administration Center/Community
- Lab draws
- Daily medication reconciliation with Pharmacy as needed
- Daily medication preparation as needed
- COVID testing Center / Community as needed
- Other duties within their scope of practice
