Job Responsibilities for Lead Housekeepers at AVE include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead Housekeepers represent the housekeeping department in team meetings and manage communication with all housekeeping team members
- Complete light and deep cleaning of one and two bedroom fully-furnished suites, including stripping and making beds, vacuuming, cleaning laundry room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, laundering and replenishing items such as linens, amenities and various supplies
- Preparing unfurnished apartments for move-in
- Maintaining cleanliness of housekeeping cart, laundry room, and break room
Job Requirements for Lead Housekeepers at AVE:
- Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills
- Demonstrate an energetic, self-motivating and “can do" attitude
- Light to medium pushing and lifting is required
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Must have reliable source of transportation
- English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills
Must be available to work the required full-time schedule of Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
