Greenspire Apartments is currently hiring for a Full Time Cleaning Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Clean vacant apartments in preparation for new move-ins

• Clean common halls, offices, clubhouse and restrooms

• Gather and remove trash/litter from apartment grounds

• Deliver notices/door hangers to residents

• Identify and report to management issues involving safety, property, and/or residents

• Assist Maintenance and/or Property Manager with other jobs or tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required

• Able to professionally communicate with contractors, vendors, co-workers and residents

• Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be organized, able to prioritize, and exhibit a high attention to detail

• Perform a variety of physical labor including climbing ladders and/or up to 4 flights of stairs repeatedly, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting and standing for long periods of time

• Able to work with various cleaning chemicals and tools and use Personal Protection Equipment as needed

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
