About Avataar.ai:

Avataar.ai is a GenAI 3D company that helps retail and eCommerce brands deliver ROI rich at-home/in-store AR experiences to improve the product discovery experience for end consumers and drive transaction uplift. Avataar is targeting larger enterprise players, as well as mid-market players through recent integrations through eCommerce platforms like Shopify and BigCommerce. We are already seeing validation working with some of the leading brands in the space like #1 eCommerce marketplace globally, #1 sports apparel company, #1 Indian furniture marketplace, #2 US home improvement company, etc.

In addition to powering front-end AR experiences, Avataar also supports supply-side scalability of 3D model creation with their disruptive AI-based 3D scanning technology that leverages Neural Radiance Fields (NeRF). Avataar has been making waves with this technology, and was recently appointed in Khronos (formed by Nvidia, Google, Meta, Snap, MS, Wayfair, Ikea, Target, etc.) to lead the standardization efforts across the industry on NeRF.

Description:

The Chief of Staff role is the CEO & Co-Founder’s right-hand person, providing strategic support and operational assistance across all aspects of the business. The Chief of Staff is in charge of pushing strategic initiatives across the organization forward. The ideal candidate would be highly organized, and have strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and report on the progress of key projects and initiatives
• Oversee & drive strategic initiatives across verticals (e.g., GTM, Product, HR, etc.)
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization
• Support preparation for monthly board touchpoints quarterly board updates
• Support/organize/lead All Brains materials creation, agenda, and alignment of vertical leaders
• Support strategic hiring efforts
• Manage investor pipeline/inbounds
• Represent the CEO at certain meetings

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field; or equivalent professional experience
• 2 years of experience in a strategy role, management consulting, or something equivalent
• Exceptional people skills (e.g., empathy, anticipating the needs of others, etc.)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical & problem solving rigor
• Ability to collaborate with team members ( cross functional partners) equally as strong contributing value individually
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion & integrity
• Ability to coordinate across time zones (given a significant amount of the team is India based)
