THE POSITION: Real Madrid Foundation Certified Athletic Trainer

Avanza Sports is seeking a motivated, outgoing and dedicated candidate to become an integral part of our Real Madrid Foundation team. You will be vital in making sure all participants are safe and are taken care of in the event of an injury.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

▪ Proactive and motivated individual with high passion about soccer.

▪ Ability to work with kids.

▪ Leadership and attention to detail.

▪ Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is an asset but not required).

REQUIREMENTS

▪ ATC, CPR, First Aid certified.

▪ Valid driver’s license.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Including, but not limited to):

▪ Attending to any case of injury.

▪ Assist setting up and taking down water and ice supply every day.

▪ Interact with staff, parents, and players in a helpful and respectful manner if needed.

▪ Follow the behaviour guideline on the field.

▪ Reporting to Camp Director and Field Coordinator.

COMPENSATION:

▪ Working hours: Schedule from 9:00 am to 3pm from Monday to Friday.

▪ Salary for the week.

▪ Lunch covered and provided every day at the event (lunch hour is not paid but lunch is provided).

▪ Real Madrid Foundation Uniform jersey.
