- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with skill acquisition programs, including language development, social skills, and daily living skills
- Support clients in community outings and social activities
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or related developmental disabilities is a plus
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
