What we are looking for...
An exceptional individual to join our team as a Housekeeper in our markets. This person is an accountable individual who will embody our values while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and cleaning standards.

What you'll do...

• Observe established policies & procedures
• Gather, change, and launder linens and towels
• Report any observed maintenance issues to the local team
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as cleaning/sanitizing surfaces, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Ensure all properties are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
• Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products
• Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings
• Adhere to a dynamic schedule

What you'll bring...

• Previous vacation house cleaning experience (preferred)
• Ability to perform tasks within an established timeline
• Ability to assess the property and report damages to management quickly
• Comfort using smartphone apps
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver license
• Attention to detail and pride in work
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, twist, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds
• Weekend, on-call, and holiday availability

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
