The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $69,260 - $86,576. This new role is charged with visually communicating the impact one of America’s leading clean energy companies has on the communities it serves, critical updates to thousands of employees and opportunities for far-reaching digital and broadcast content. Key Responsibilities • Video Production: ability to shoot, edit and enhance video to maximize quality on short timelines including interviews, profiles, documentaries, broll and social content • Photo Creation: capture, retouch and enhance photographs including event photos, portraits, scenic and company life • Media & Content Management: organize, categorize, tag and transcode newly captured and historical media into a single asset library while identifying new story opportunities • Production Coordination: coordinate logistics, budgeting, and plans for all shoots • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to • Live Event Production: assist in live event production ranging from virtual events to in-person gatherings • Research & Intelligence Building: Identify and research industry trends that can be employed to elevate storytelling strategy Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 3 years relevant experience in video production, photography and content creation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Operational knowledge of Canon and Sony cameras preferred • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Lightroom and After Effects • Must be able to lift 50 lbs Preferred Qualifications • Motion graphic design is a plus • DaVinci Resolve abilities • Ability to write, storyboard and script stories • Ability to conduct interviews Competencies (this is standard for all jobs) • Growth & Continuous Improvement • Initiative & Change • Focused on Results • Customer Centric (internal and/or External) • Communication • Collaboration • Leadership (people managers/leaders) Disclaimer AVANGRID is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
