Direct Support Professional (DSP) @ Genesis DTC Community Day Services

FULL TIME Hours: 8:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. ~ Monday - Friday

PART TIME Hours: 10:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. ~ Monday - Friday (28 Hours Weekly Max)

Starting Pay up to $17.00 - Based on Experience

***$500.00 SIGN ON BONUS***

(Sign on bonus given after 90 days of employment if all criteria are met.)

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Requirements 

· DSP certified or the ability to become certified through our paid training

· A high school diploma or GED 

· Lift 50 lbs

· Pass a criminal background check

*****Valid driver’s license and clean driving record****

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Duties

♥ Assist individuals with personal care needs – all ADL’s 

♥ Assisting with all household task, meal preparation cooking and cleaning; maintain a safe and healthy home environment that encourage learning.

♥ Monitor individuals and engage in redirection.

♥ Document individual’s activities, concerns and progress notes as required.

♥ Participate in and out-of-home activities which may include driving company vehicles.

♥ Provide an Abuse and Neglect free environment at all times.
