```Duties:```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Assist with order processing, including entering orders into the system and coordinating shipments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related concerns
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents
- Coordinate projects and manage timelines to ensure timely completion

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in project coordination is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
