Park Property Management Solutions is seeking an EXPERIENCED Community Association Manager (HOA/Condo) to join our team. Our goal is to surpass the expectations of our customers with superior customer service. This role requires travel to surrounding Community Associations. The successful candidate has experience in the HOA Management industry and is a motivated self-starter who can rise to the challenge in a high-pressure and demanding industry. Under limited supervision, the successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the management of the portfolio's maintenance and day-to-day operational activities of their assigned communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned community associations.
  • Work with Homeowners, Board Members, and other team members within the organization.
  • Attend Board meetings.
  • Maintain the company's relationship with each community that you manage.
  • Communication between the Board and individual homeowners.
  • Ability to negotiate and deal with outside contractors and vendors for the needs of the community.
  • You are the "face of the company" to the communities, Board of Directors, and vendors.

Our regular office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We close at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. No Friday Evening, Saturday, or Sunday meetings! Additional hours may be necessary due to workload/deadlines.

Requirements:

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Must be professional in both appearance and character.
