Avalon Institute, is looking to add a new Salon Coordinator to its team. You must be able to multi-task in a busy environment while maintaining a high level of customer service. Essential Job Duties:

• Greet all guests enthusiastically and professionally
• Answer the phone and schedule appointments for the student stylists
• Take and deliver messages
• Accept payments
• Assist with sales of products
• Maintain the school's image
• Other administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Front office experience
• Competence in computer skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Maintain professional appearance
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and pleasant personality
• Maintain a positive and courteous attitude at all times
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Previous customer service and retail experience is a plus
