We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Payment Integrity/SIU and Enterprise Operations assets. Enable streamlined execution of product priorities by owning the product roadmap, defining objectives, and prioritizing features based on assigned value for complex, higher value, and/or multiple products. Works with minimal oversight. This position is responsible for managing products that support Enterprise Payment Integrity, Special Investigations, and Enterprise Metrics and Operations (such as, but not limited to, MTM, IPP, PIP).

* Define the product direction for the entire lifecycle of the product to drive portfolio objectives and balance business/customer and delivery needs?

* Enable product roadmap and strategic vision through deep understanding of customer desires and business priorities

* Close collaboration with Product Owners and other stakeholders to adhere to vision and strategy

* Utilize market/customer input to enable the product vision and roadmap, and communicate the roadmap and strategic vision to all stakeholders

* Confirms, communicates, and monitors care & feeding needs, funding, and KPIs ?

* Enable long-term product vision and strategy, roadmap, and value by partnering with leadership and stakeholders to make necessary prioritization and investment decisions?

* Mentors and coaches other staff

Hiring Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in business or related field and 5 years experience in a similar role (e.g. Product Owner, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, etc.)

* In lieu of degree, 7 years of experience as listed above.

* Product Manager certification required

* Agile experience preferred
