Description:

• We're looking for an experienced content designer to be part of client's Digital Product & Design team and will be responsible for defining and executing overall content strategy to drive an intuitive and easy to use customer experience across our digital channels.
• The Senior Content Design Manager will partner with a cross-functional team and will effectively prioritize work to align the content strategy with the overall product vision and roadmap for the customer digital channels. This role will need to be able to operate within the SAFE agile framework and manage a backlog of work to support the product and customer experience for both internal and external users.

Requirement:

• Bachelor s degree
• 8 years of working experience in content management, preferably in managing digital experience across web and mobile channels.

• Ability to define and execute a content design vision & strategy focused on customer experience.
• Copywriting and editing skills.
• Excellent English language skills, including knowledge of grammar and style.
