Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying homeowners facing foreclosure within your designated territory and presenting them with cash offers in exchange for their deeds. Your goal will be to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that alleviate financial burdens for homeowners while facilitating property acquisition for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Territory Management: Effectively manage and prioritize leads within your assigned territory. Proactively reach out to homeowners facing foreclosure.
• Cash Offer Presentations: Present offers to eligible homeowners, clearly explaining the benefits and terms of the agreement while addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Negotiation: Engage in negotiations to reach mutually acceptable agreements that meet their financial needs while aligning with company objectives.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout the process.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of leads, negotiations, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales or related roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is preferred.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with the capacity to navigate sensitive conversations and resolve conflicts.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Empathy and Sensitivity: Empathetic approach to engaging with homeowners facing financial hardship, demonstrating sensitivity to their circumstances.
• Organizational Skills: Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Ethical Conduct: Commitment to conducting business with integrity and adhering to ethical standards in all interactions with homeowners and stakeholders.
• Ability to speak Spanish is advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
