Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Help with mobility assistance, transfers, and lifting when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members

Experience:

- Experience in caregiving, childcare, hospice care, or related fields preferred
- Knowledge of first aid techniques
- Ability to lift and assist with mobility as required
- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring
- Understanding of senior care principles and assisted living practices
- Skills in behavior management and social work are beneficial
