Charge Nurse
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care and oversee the nursing staff
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license (RN)
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a nurse
