Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Concierge:

• Previous Experience as a Concierge preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have experience working with and be sensitive to the needs of elders or disabled individuals
• Experience in customer/guest services position where face to face interactions with customer were required strongly preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain Knowledge of service offerings and health care services, products and processes
• Display a warm, friendly and professional greeting to all residents/ visitors as well as answer telephone calls in friendly and professional manner.
• Be Familiar with the resident's family members and schedules.
• Be familiar with basics on Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial insurances.
• Will be on the weekend admission coverage rotation.
• Ensure the highest quality of customer service for the residents and families by being the overall customer service "host".
• Will promote a caring and compassionate atmosphere recognizing the residents/visitors needs and rights.
• Provide discharging residents a satisfaction survey. Introduce yourself to new admits as theirs "go to" person.
