Activities Director

Autumn Breeze Healthcare Center is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Activities Director for our Senior Living Center in Marietta, GA. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of activities to enhance the quality of life of residents and families.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors in a professional, respectful, and compassionate manner. The Activities Director will be responsible for providing the highest quality of services to our residents and families.

Essential Functions:

• Develops, plans, coordinates, and implements an array of special programs and activities to enhance the quality of life of residents and families.
• Maintains the highest level of professional communication with all levels of management, staff, and volunteers.
• Participates in community events and provides support to other activities as needed.
• Develops and maintains a strong relationship with community organizations.
• Participates in recruitment, training, orientation, evaluation, performance management, termination and career development process.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• GHC Certification
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
