The Autrey Mill Nature Preserve (AMNP) is seeking a Rental and Private Event Coordinator to oversee event planning and management for private rental clients. The Coordinator will be responsible for representing AMNP at networking events and collaborating with the Executive Director to develop sales and marketing strategies for private rentals and events.
This position offers a flexible work week that includes the ability to work from home for some hours. However, the Coordinator will need to be on-site to showcase the rental space to potential clients and act as the AMNP representative during the event. The responsibilities of the Private Event Coordinator include event planning, rental coordination, and other related activities.
The Typical workweek is Tuesday through Saturday.
