The Porter Technician’s responsibilities include replacing vehicle wiper blades, lights, car batteries, and running errands, etc. The Porter should also be able to keep vehicle interiors clean while performing servicing tasks and communicate any issues to the Service Manager.

The Porter adheres to all safety procedures and practices and demonstrates effective time management skills and is able to communicate effectively.

Porter Responsibilities Include:

• Driving and handling all cars responsibly to ensure damage prevention, and protecting dealership and customer property at all times.
• Assist in the enhancement of productivity and efficiency within the team.
• Accounting for all cars on the lot.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the interiors and exteriors of cars on the lot.
• Assist with keeping the lot, stalls and work areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Run dealership errands when required.
