• Qualifications:
• Previous parts experience in a dealership is a must, Alfa Romeo or CDJR experience a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive service and parts.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing.
• Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Must have some Microsoft Office knowledge with ability to demonstrate familiarity with:
• Outlook Email
• Excel and Word
• Must be self-motivated and Goal Oriented.
• Have good communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Dealer Track and Dealer Logix experience is a plus

Counter Person

• Responsibilities:
• Answering retail phones and helping walk in customers.
• Answering calls from our team of 3 service writers in order to get them a proper estimate.
• Monitoring our electronic parts requisition system from the technicians and Service advisors.
• Pulling parts and delivering them out to the technician bays in our shop.
• Working with technicians to ensure they are getting quoted the correct parts for the repair.
• Working with our warranty department to ensure that we get proper reimbursement.
• Keeping fast moving parts stocked on the back parts counter.
