Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Performs pre-shift exercise/stretching routines

· Adheres to safety requirements and procedures

· Performs manual duties and/or operates necessary machinery to manufacture parts in accordance with standard operating procedures

· Performs duties in a manner to ensure quality standards are achieved and maintained

· Performs duties in a manner that meets or exceeds production standards

· Follows appropriate packaging and labeling guidelines for each product

· Detects and reports defective materials and questionable conditions (including machine/ equipment malfunction) to department supervision

· Maintains a clean and orderly work area

· Works within ISO14001 and TS-16949 standards

· Cooperates with fellow team members and management

· Transports material as required

· Performs housekeeping duties related to assigned area at the end of the shift

· Correctly uses SAP system

· Performs other duties as assigned

· Displays the ability to be cross-trained in other work cells/operations

· Is punctual reporting to his/her work station during designated work times

· Ensures the work area is safe and free of hazards

· Adheres to the mandatory PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirement in the work area.

· Ensures that 5S and other prescribed best practices are followed and the workplace displays a high standard of cleanliness and organization

· Ensures that production, quality and other prescribed forms are being completed

· Adheres to all company policies and procedures
